New Find: Didriksons Outdoor Wear
Posted September 28, 2016 by Bethanie Lunn
Indian Summer? Not really, just a few days here and there of sunshine, but it’s still mixed with rainfall, grey clouds and unpredictability. I therefore began looking for waterproofs for us all – something that will look good on hubby and I if it’s not raining, an every day coat if you will, and something cool but very practical for our son, Frankie who is three.
Thanks to Peppa Pig, Frankie loves jumping in ‘muddy puddles’ and living on the sea front, there’s a few of those after a rain shower. I also needed some overalls that let him go for it without the hassle of me washing his clothes yet again (and the entire house after too).
I discovered Didriksons which ticks all those boxes. It’s a great brand because they not only provide high quality garments for the unpredictable weather but they began as a family run business, still run like one and cater to the whole family too. Their customers range from 1-100 and I love the classic garments that ooze character yet remain timeless. Well done Didriksons.
I adore my bold yellow rain mac which always gets compliments. The quality is amazing and it is brighter than most practical waterproofs; an ideal school run buy too. Neal is wearing a khaki jacket, they’ve plenty of styles for men too and Frankie is jumping about in the Plaskeman Kid’s Pants, striped rain mac and matching wellies – perfect for puddles, water play and general kid-ding around.
We had a day out at Brighton Pier recently. The weather went through all seasons in one day but we were all kitted out. So much fun.
Rain macs, hats, gloves and scarves, kids coveralls, parka’s and more – you can brave the elements come rain or shine with this gorgeous collection.
